A Journey of Healing, Purpose & Empowerment

My Story

From Medicine to Meaning: My Journey of Healing & Empowerment

I am Ana Rosa — medical doctor, radiologist, widow, warrior, whole. Certified high-performance and menopause coach, grief educator, and optimized health mentor.

My path has been anything but linear.
I have walked through fire and emerged with a mission to walk beside you — holding your hands on a journey to reclaim life, health, vitality, love, joy, and trust through body, mind, and spirit.

My commitment is to walk beside you — hand in hand — building life, energy, joy, and purpose in alignment with your soul.

YOU Deserve to Say YES

You are here.
You have accomplished so much — and yet something feels missing: that sense of “not enough” in your health, relationships, and surroundings.

It’s time to reframe your life with a sacred structure that helps your own light sparkle again — one step at a time.
Building Trust in yourself. Rooted in science, guided by soul, I blend medical expertise with spiritual wisdom — where science meets soul.

My framework is built on clarity, courage, daily commitment, consistency, and compassion — within a sacred space of belonging, accountability, and celebration.

Rooted in Science, Guided by Soul

Blending medical expertise with soul-aligned coaching, I offer a program rooted in science and guided by spirit with frameworks for energy, clarity, courage, and leadership. Inside this sacred space, we work on boundaries, intuition, emotional recalibration, and consistency, so you can release what no longer belongs and rise into a life led by devotion, discipline, and divine alignment.

PERSONAL STORY & PURPOSE

This isn’t just my work — it’s my calling. To serve. To hold. To do no harm.

Raised by a lineage of strong, soulful women and shaped by life’s deepest challenges — loss, trauma, and illness — I believe true healing isn’t about fixing yourself; it’s about remembering who you are.

Gratitude, faith, and consistent loving action are the pillars of sustainable transformation.
Now, I walk alongside those ready to reclaim their genuine strength and build a life of holiness, calmness, vitality, and joy.

You are wonderfully and fearfully made.
Embrace this truth — and take ownership of your life right here, right now.

What Did They Say?

When I lost my dear brother, John, to a heart attack suddenly at age 65, I was devastated—ill on the inside. I didn’t know how or if I could move through the grief. I was working at the VA in St. Cloud, MN, where I met a lovely angel named Ana Rosa. I signed up to take a grief support session with her on Zoom. We met weekly and spoke intimately of our grief and loss. We named our loved ones and spoke to them and to each other. I learned how to connect with myself, my God, and others during that time. It was a powerful growth experience for me. I learned how to connect with myself daily and watch for signs from heaven. I’ve been blessed by the powerful experience and still share the message of self-love and walking through the grief daily with others. I’ve grown spiritually and mentally, and today I’m a strong independent woman—living my dreams, taking life a day at a time, and dealing with grief when it comes and goes. I’ve since lost my 92-year-old father also. I’ve learned that all of life is about learning and letting go of the loves we get to have in our lives. Thank you, Dear Ana, for your beautiful work. I love you, my sweet friend.

I met Ana Rosa on a professional level about 3 years ago. We worked at the same health care facility where our paths would cross at director meetings and various shared initiatives. She demonstrated servant leadership by her active spirit of inquiry, positive light, and signature of excellence she placed on her work. When she created a Grief Support group for her coworkers, I was drawn to check it out. Living with grief is so hard. While I was not actively processing grief at the time, I wanted to learn more. The books Ana chose were really good; the content focused on living with grief using all your senses, not just trying to manage it or stuff it down. Grief can be so lonely. She helped us see comfort in the simple beauty of creation, enjoying flowers, savoring fine chocolate, laughing with friends, or hugging your dog if you have one. Ana is a warm and skilled facilitator who creates a safe and loving space for people to connect and be. She is a great listener who is real. In addition to grief discussions, we also embarked on self-discovery. I loved reflecting on the book titled “The Boy, Mole, Fox, and the Horse.” It was fun to apply lessons learned in this simple book to our own lives. I am so glad I had the opportunity to take one of Ana’s courses. It ended up being a life-changing journey for me.

As an avid podcast listener, I first encountered Dr. Ana Rosa on the Jesse Chappus show. Her deep knowledge and compassionate approach to metabolic health left a lasting impression—but it was her insight into mindset and the head–heart connection that truly resonated. I sensed immediately that she could help me break through the barriers keeping me from lasting healthy habits. When we connected, Dr. Rosa was every bit as warm, wise, and generous as she sounded. She offered a safe, non-judgmental space each week, guiding me with science-based strategies, personal insight, and the empathy of someone who has faced profound challenges herself. Her understanding of metabolic health is exceptional—rooted in rigorous science and enriched by lived experience. She brings clarity to a complex subject, offering practical, sustainable tools for real change. I can’t recommend her highly enough and look forward to continuing this transformative journey with her.

Ana has a remarkable way of guiding you through grief in a way that fosters growth, peace, and gratitude for the life you’re still living — even if it looks different now. After one week of joining the Optimize You Challenge, I’ve noticed a boost in energy, more intentional eating habits, and a renewed motivation each day to do better. Ana has walked beside me with gentle encouragement, always ready to answer questions — even when I am standing in the grocery store unsure of what to buy.

I worked with Ana during the pandemic and several of us met with her online. Ours was a grief group. Ana had wonderful resources and insight to guide us. I learned of several books I had not heard of that helped with grief and other issues. I learned the resource of gratitude from Ana and how that heals. We did exercises to help us heal in many ways. It got to be a close group and we learned much from each other and about each other. Ana was a wonderful facilitator!

I am so excited with the Optimizing Your Health program. I started the program in mid-August. Following the recommended food items and supplements, I have lost 12 lbs since mid-August. I also feel more healthy than I have in 10 years. More energy and stamina and a clear mind. I highly recommend Ana's program. She is encouraging and supportive and extremely knowledgeable regarding our health. I am so happy I am on the program!

Working with Dr. Ana Rosa was a beautiful experience! She has a gift for combining deep insight and actionable strategies that truly make a difference. Our sessions helped me organize my priorities, strengthen my mindset, and approach both my work and family life with greater calm and clarity. Her coaching offers a perfect blend of compassion, structure, and accountability. Her approach is gentle, powerful, and full of grace!

I knew my metabolic health was suffering because I was overweight, my HbA1C was increasing, and I had a fatty liver. At Dr. Ana’s suggestion, I asked my doctor to request an abdominal MRI to see if I had deadly visceral fat. This MRI confirmed that I had a significant amount of visceral fat! Dr. Ana encouraged me to work toward the daily goal to reduce the amount of visceral fat by using diet, exercise, sunlight, good sleep, and all the things necessary to build the life that I deserve. Dr. Ana has helped me turn my complacency into action and empowerment, which will help make a big difference over time.
